Chain Bridge Rd. Development

Information regarding the Development of the Chain Bridge Rd. Property adjacent to Fern Oak/Hornet

During the week of 7/6/2020 various households on Audmar as well as members of the Broyhill Estates Civic Association Board received from the McLean Civic Association a copy of a developer proposal pertaining to the 3+ acre lot adjacent to Fern Oak Ct. and Hornet on the Chain Bridge side of McLean Broyhill Estates.

These documents have been added under the "Newsletters & Other Documents" tab here on this website under the file heading Chain Bridge Rd. Development and Proposal Plans. There are three files of interest: 1) the developer proposal requesting a special exemption from Fairfax County to build an "Independent Living Community"; 2) Part A of the drawings submitted with this proposal; and 3) Part B of the drawings submitted with this proposal.

They are made available here an effort to inform all affected/interested MBE neighbors. If you have not already joined the Yahoo! Discussion Group, are a member of the MBE community, and wish to stay connected on matters related to the development of this property, we encourage you to sign up:
